Elemental is a luxury property developer based in Cape Town, South Africa. I worked with the two founding partners on developing the marketing and brand strategy, the branding and development of all their brand assets, including digital and social media. The brand story evolved from the idea of natures elements coming together to provide investors and buyers a more balanced life, focusing on the lifestyle the properties offer.
